The Pastel convection oven is ideal for pastry shops, restaurants, hotels and bakeries where small amounts of pastry, patty (Turkish börek), sandwich and bread is produced. Thanks to the fans installed right behind the baking chamber the heat produced is equally distributed over the entire chamber thus giving you a homogeny bake. The Pastel comes in 5 and 8 trays, the 5 trays are produced with only electrical heating the 8 trays come in electrical and natural gas heating with powerful steam system. Manual control or Touchscreen control is possible.
