THE CYCLOTHERMIC DECK OVEN / STEGA is a deck oven, where the baking chambers are heated by the continuous circulation of hot air around the decks. This type of heating assures high working flexibility: the oven is able to recover or loose the set baking temperarature very quickly between one baking and the next one, permitting to realize bakings in sequence with different baking temperartures.
Heating: The oven may be fired with either a gas or gasoil burner.
